As a rule, we don’t share your personal information outside the company. We won’t sell your personal information. We may share your personal information with third parties in limited circumstances, including: (1) with your consent; (2) to a vendor or partner who meets our data protection standards; or (3) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, such as pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process.

We will object to requests for information about users of our site that we believe to be improper.

Data Security-

We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data transmitted to and from our site. However, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee security. You use the Service at your own risk, and you’re responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account (like using a strong password). Once we receive your transmission, we make reasonable efforts to ensure security on our systems.

We use secure server software and firewalls to protect your personally identifiable information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software.

If Vintcer (Saberling technology private limited) learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Vintcer may post a notice on the Website if a security breach occurs. In the event of a security breach, we may send you an email notifying you about the breach. We will use the email you use to register on our Website for all notifications. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive a written notice of a security breach you should notify us at [email protected]

In case of such security breaches, we may take our system or Vintcer down for few hours to restore the services. We always keep a backup of your website or data but it can take up to few hours to make your website online again.

We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your Vintcer username, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication. We can access your account using ADMIN MODE. However, sometime during technical issues, we may ask you for your username and password to check the issue from customer (your) end. In such case, we only communicate through our company email ( [email protected])
